Shipping destinations
We offer worldwide shipping for all artworks.
Processing time and dispatch
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the type of artwork, and any additional handling such as framing. In general, we dispatch within 5 to 10 business days after payment is received.
We do not process orders on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping carriers and tracking
We ship using experienced carriers such as DHL, UPS, or specialized fine art transport providers, depending on the destination and the nature of the artwork.
If tracking is available, you will receive tracking details in your dispatch confirmation.
Packaging and artwork protection
All artworks are carefully and professionally packaged to help prevent damage in transit.
For particularly fragile or high value works, we use special packaging and additional security measures. Depending on the shipment, delivery may require a signature.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed transparently during checkout before you place your order. Costs may vary based on size, weight, destination, and shipping method.
International shipments, customs and import fees
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or issues caused by customs clearance or international carriers.
Shipping insurance
We offer shipping insurance for all shipments, which applies in the event of loss or damage. The coverage depends on the shipment type and the insurance terms applicable to the chosen shipping method.
Damaged deliveries and transit damage
If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and no later than 48 hours after receipt.

- order number
- a short description of the damage
- photos of the artwork
- photos of the packaging and the outer shipping box
- if possible, photos of the shipping label
Important
Please keep the original packaging and all packing materials until the case is resolved. We will assist you with the damage claim process and any potential compensation.
Partial shipments
If an order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate parcels in individual cases. You will not be charged additional shipping costs unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Delivery address and delivery issues
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if a parcel is not accepted or collected and is returned to us, we will contact you. A re shipment may involve additional shipping charges.
Changes or cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can often help. Once the order has been dispatched, changes are usually not possible and our Withdrawal Policy and Returns and Complaints information will apply.
