Every praline is unique
pars chocolates are handmade, individual pieces of art. We paint the inside of our self-designed molds by hand and spray them with pure vegetable colors. We then pour tempered chocolate into the filigree hollow bodies. We finish natural fractures in gold leaf using the traditional Japanese Kintsugi technique. This is also done entirely by hand.

The artist puts together her own creation for each order. The flavors vary between dill blossom, ginseng, spruce, sesame and much more.
